Hi everybody, Well its been a long time coming, but I'm finally finished (after many hours of tireless work), my new website Jewels Designs, is up and running. This was truely a labor of love. I always wanted to design and distribute my own Catalog/Magazine, that's for artist and folks who support the creative community, I just never dreamed it would be online. I wanted a place were I could display my handmade items, as well as, others handmade items. I wanted it to be a place where all artist could come and hang out, get some fantastic and inspiring tips and short-cut to make their crafting projects easier and less expensive. I also wanted a place where I could showcase professionals in the field, and have them share their knowledge and expertise. So I created this new website (I'm not sure if there is another one like it or not), so all my fellow creative minds could come and hang out, buy some beautiful gifts, support the art community and socialize (by the way my chat room will be open for business soon). There is also a page where folks can advertise their shops/ handmades. This is a site for all creative venus from crafting to painting to writing to woodworking, and everything inbetween, so come on by and check us out. I will be adding material on a daily basis. My goal is to make this a site for artist and folks who appreciate art, come together and share their knowledge and support to like minded individuals.   http://JewelsDesigns.org

Hey Everybody, If you're looking for a place to set up a new Web site, this is deffinately the place for you. I looked all over the Net for a place to set up my new eCatalog, and I found this place. It's Fantastic! It gives you so many options, and if you don't know a thing about setting up a web site, it's okay, because they help you every set of the way, from start to finish. You get telephone and on site help. They're is tons of stuff you can do with it as well. I've seen hundreds of hosting sites, and this one beats them all. I hit the Jackpot with this one. The best part is that it's FREEEEEEEEEE! That's the part I like the most. Of course you can upgrade if you want, it's up to you. Anyway, go and check it out, you won't be dissapointed.

Hey Everybody, go and check out awsomeblueyes new post, it's fantastic!

Hi everybody, I just wanted to comment about my good friends blog post  (awsomeblueyes). For anybody who hasn't read it yet, go and take a look. She talks about how you don't need to spell your words right, for others to read what you're saying. As far as the net goes does anybody spell every word out correctly? I try to most of the time, probably because I'm Old School, and I like to spell. I think if you're under 16 years old, you don't care if you spell right, espectially if your IMing or texting, etc... Personally, I don't have a clue what most people are saying, in the Chat Rooms. I guess I need to buy a book  "Computer Language For Dummies", I bought everyother  "For Dummies" book. LOL  It kind of makes you wonder, if the grades kids get for spelling, in school, are LOW.  If you base it on how they spell when their on the net, they're probably really low. ...THEY ARE, ANYWAY!  I guess you could say this is a venting post. I'm on this site (I'm on many sites, actually), and I've been having a problem with it. I have had a few problems with it in the past, but I think what happened, recently, put the icing on the cake, so to speak. I recently started a new group on this site, it's my first one here (I also have many groups, that I'm the administrator of, so I know what I'm doing). Anyway, I tried to post some of my URL's to my new group (it's something that I always do, when I start a new group, and I encourage my members to do the same), well some of my URL's were accepted, and the rest (including vox and blogger, to name a few) were BLOCKED, because the Higher Ups, consider them as having "QUESTIONABLE CONTENT". They go on to explain that their view of questionable content, is a site that doesn't comply with their rules and regulations. That's all well and good, but they should give their site members a chance, especially when their not posting anything that is "questionable", like me. All I have on my Blog sites are pics of my Crafts, some venting, some family stuff, and the like,nothing questionable. This site also states in their rules and regs, that NO ONE, can post porno on their site, and if they do it will be removed, and it's possible that, the offender, will be removed also (the porno is what they consider, Questionable, I'm sure, and I think their right in this regard. I hate that tacky stuff myself. It makes "love" look cheap and sorted, in my opinion)Based on their Questionable Content rule, I think they need to remove MANY, profiles from their own site. I can't even count how many profiles I've seen that display porno, and much of it is really nasty, and make women look like pieces of meat, that are only good for one thing, and it sure isn't our brains. So I went to their comments, section where it states that any member can comment about anything they choose, good or bad. So I type up a little complaint, about my perviously stated problems (everyone who knows me knows that when I send a letter, or complaint, that it's not going to be good for the person on the recieving end. LOL  But I have to say this comment was pretty mild, by my standards, anyway). Well, I didn't get very far with my complaint, it was deleted, by the higher up, so I rewrote it and tried again to post it, and low and behold, it was deleted again (not surprised at all). So I say Fuck This! I didn't get rid of the site, because I figured I put a lot into it, and I wasn't going to let some asshole get to me. So I decided to come to my vox blog and vent a little, at least this site hasn't TAGGED me as a trouble maker. I can see why the site, in question, has so many problems right now, especially with politicians in New York State, the politicians are not the "heavies", in this case. Their right! You'll probably never hear me say that again, but in this case they are. So I ask the question "WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE, ANYWAY?
